Parlé offers free shipping of your engagement ring to one of our fine participating jewelry stores in the U.S. Your order will be shipped FedEx 2day service in 5-7 business days to the store closest to you. You will receive email confirmation the day we ship.

We ship your purchase to a Parlé Color Bridal Jewelry Store so you may pick up your ring at your convenience and with complete security. We want to ensure your experience is perfect and a jewelry professional is present when meeting your ring for the first time!

If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. Please take your purchase with a copy of your receipt to the jewelry store where you picked up your ring. Please note reason for return so we may better serve you and all customers in the future. Ring(s) returned must be in their original condition, size, gemstone and within the 30 day purchase period to receive a refund.

Once your return is received from the jewelry store and inspected by us, a full refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit card company to post the credit to your account.
